Overview
Voxxify is a company which gathers unbiased feedback from end users via survey and research, on a range of products and services. It’s a business which measures user experience, so its own online presence has to be one which strongly reflects the brand ethos. Voxxify surveys also identify trends and interests. The business needed a website where user experience and ux design were paramount. OPEN collaborated with So Studio in bringing the new Voxxify website to life, with all the facets to make it a vibrant, user-friendly and attractive site.
The Solutions
OPEN worked closely with So Studio, who created the brand identity and assets for Voxxify. They also worked on user journeys in a well thought out and methodical way. OPEN set about designing the website with a detailed emphasis on ux design, in tandem with the user journey focus.
As we set about designing and building their website, we knew that there had to be very clear communication about what the Voxxify product was. There needed to be defined areas showing users how experience data can work for their business. Our UX designers combined knowledge of the proposed user journeys, with a clean, clear design, with simplicity and clarity in mind. The result is a website that is ergonomic with concise copy in each area, while maintaining the overall detail needed.
The new Voxxify website is a testament to the collaboration of creative teams and to very nature of the Voxxify brand itself; providing answers to business questions with good user data.
